Toledo firefighters seek information about a fire at a South Toledo country music night club just before midnight Tuesday that authorities said caused about $500,000 damage.
Investigators are looking into the possibility that the blaze at Bootleggers, 2518 Reynolds Rd. between Heatherdowns Boulevard and the Ohio Turnpike, was arson because a rear door appeared to have been pried open and the fire was believed to have started in that area before it spread to the roof.
Authorities estimated structural damage to the single-story building at $350,000 and said the blaze destroyed about $150,000 of items inside.
Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stopper at 419-255-1111. Callers may remain anonymous and could be eligible for a cash reward.
