TIFFIN A Fremont man who was running a barbecue stand at the Seneca County Fair was arrested Thursday night and charged with selling crack cocaine from his food stand.
Donald R. Carter, 44, was charged with trafficking in crack cocaine after officers with the Seneca County Drug Task Force-METRICH Enforcement Unit executed a search warrant on D-Ray s Barbecue Chicken & Ribs at the fair.
Cash, drug paraphernalia, and criminal tools were seized in the raid.
Undercover agents with the task force said they had successfully purchased crack cocaine from Mr. Carter while he was running from the food stand at the fair.
