Robbers get cash, gun at convenience store

A North Toledo convenience store was robbed at gunpoint late Saturday night of an undetermined amount of money as well as a semiautomatic pistol, police said.

Two men with bandanas covering their faces entered Peck Market, 1040 Peck St., about 11:55 p.m. and ordered two people in the store to the floor and told a customer entering the store to leave.

That customer ran a block away to Peck and Lagrange Street, where he called 911 to report the robbery, police said.
