FOSTORIA A Toledo man was arrested after he was accused of firing a gun into the air during a disturbance yesterday at a gas station, authorities said.
Demetrius Morton, 22, was charged with discharging a weapon within the city limits, felony possession of a firearm, and having a weapon while under disability.
Police were sent to the Certified Oil station on East Lytle Street about 2:45 a.m. on a report that about 30 people were gathered and at least five of them were fighting.
