An arrest warrant was issued yesterday for the Sylvania man believed responsible for the potentially dangerous mix of chemicals that caused several Vicksburg Drive homes to be evacuated, police said.
The warrant charges John H. Fraley, 28, of 4341 Vicksburg with inducing panic, a felony. He was not in custody last night.
At least 12 homes were evacuated for about two hours Thursday after chemicals believed to be chlorine, ammonia, and fertilizer were found mixed in the Fraley home, police Detective Sgt. Erv Bratt said.
