Police investigate W. Toledo shooting

A person was shot late Friday in the 3100 block of Cheltenham Road in West Toledo and taken by Life Squad to Toledo Hospital, authorities said.
A person dressed in black was seen running south on Cheltenham toward West Central Avenue.
Toledo police were investigating.
The shooting was reported about 11:35 p.m.
