VANLUE, Ohio — Two Findlay motorists were injured Saturday afternoon in a collision on Hancock County Road 180 south of State Route 568 in Marion Township, near Vanlue.
Sheriff’s deputies said Christina Arnold, 17, lost control of her sport utility vehicle while driving south on the icy roadway and struck an oncoming vehicle driven by Joshua Fellrath, 23.
Mr. Fellrath’s car caught fire briefly and he had to be pulled from his vehicle, deputies said.
Both drivers, who suffered minor injuries, were taken to Blanchard Valley Hospital in Findlay. A spokesman said neither was admitted.
The accident was reported at 1:51 p.m.
