A teenage girl was arrested early Wednesday, accused by authorities of knocking down and then running over her boyfriend with a car in East Toledo.
Gregory Meadows, age unavailable, was taken to Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center, where he was listed in critical condition, according to a hospital spokesman. The driver, whose name was being withheld, was arrested and booked into the Lucas County Juvenile Justice Center, Toledo police said. No charges had been filed as of late Wednesday.
Police responding to a traffic crash report arrived about 12:03 a.m. in the 400 block of Fourth near Euclid Avenue and found an unresponsive male victim trapped under a car in the street.
