PORT CLINTON -- T-shirts designed by survivors of violence, their families, and friends are to be on display Thursday and Friday in the Ottawa County Courthouse as part of National Crime Victims’ Rights Week.
The “Clothesline Project” is a reminder of the impact of violence on crime victims. Hours are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Members of the public are invited to design T-shirts to contribute to the project.
