Person shot in Sylvania Township

BLADE STAFF

At least one person was reported shot today in the 3300 block of Waldmar Road in Sylvania Township, authorities said.

A person was taken to Toledo Hospital with gunshot wounds in the upper torso.

Police were looking for two possible suspects — a white man and a black man with a long Afro, but had no further description.

The shooting was reported about 10:25 p.m.

Waldmar is north of Central Avenue and west of Holland-Sylvania Road.
