Motorcycle units from several local law enforcement agencies issued more than 300 citations in a two-day period last week.
The Toledo Police Department issued the greatest number of citations, 166, on July 25 and 26.
Also participating were the Ohio Highway Patrol, Lucas County Sheriff’s Office, and the Sylvania Township Police Department.
A total of 364 vehicles were stopped with 329 citations issued. Three people were arrested on warrants.
A combined total of 16 motorcycles and three patrol cars were used in the traffic special.
