Police have issued an arrest warrant for a Toledo man for allegedly shooting a man Sunday night.
Charged with one count of felonious assault is Leroy Alcorn, 23, of 336 Victoria Pl., according to court documents.
Police allege that the suspect shot his brother Isaac Pittard, 24, in the right ankle about 9:24 p.m. Sunday outside the apartment building where both men live.
According to Toledo Municipal Court records, the victim and witnesses told police that a man, while standing outside, fired at the victim, who was standing in a third-floor window.
The victim's door was kicked in, forcing him to jump from a second-story window, records say.

Police continued to investigate a separate shooting early Monday in the 100 block of South Byrne Road.
Shawn Henderson, 26, was shot when a group of men started to fight in a parking lot about 1:55 a.m.
He was treated at the University of Toledo Medical Center, the former Medical College of Ohio.
Police described the victim's wound as nonlife-threatening.
