Man being removed from cement truck

Toledo fire crews are working to free a man from a cement truck, which took down power lines, officials said.

A fire dispatcher said the incident was reported at 12:47 p.m. today in the 1400 block of Colburn Street in South Toledo.

Toledo fire Lt. Matthew Hertzfeld said initial reports were that the truck snagged a line, which fell across the truck.

Lieutenant Hertzfeld said it does not appear that the driver was in danger.
