Police seek tips on slaying of man in central Toledo

Toledo police hope someone can help them solve a homicide Sunday.

Saveon Childress, 27, was shot multiple times on Prospect Street near Hoag Street shortly after 10 p.m. as he and his twin brother were walking to a carryout. He was later pronounced dead at Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Crime Stoppers program.
