An 18-year-old Toledo man was ordered to be held in the Lucas County jail today for allegedly stabbing another man.
Bobby Tyson, of 2143 Airport Hwy., was ordered to be held in the jail in lieu of $75,000 bond on one count of felonious assault.
Police accuse the suspect of stabbing Leonard Nelson as the victim reportedly tried to break up a fight on the fifth floor of the Hillcrest Apartments, 241 16th St., at 12:14 a.m. on Saturday.
The victim was taken to Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center with “serious but not life-threatening injuries,” police said. A hospital spokesman said Mr. Nelson was treated and released from the hospital.
