Man found guilty of raping girl, 4

A man was found guilty in Lucas County Common Pleas Court Wednesday on multiple counts of rape involving a young girl.

Billie Noles, 38, of 1120 Buck Rd. was found guilty of four counts of rape.

The jury also noted that the victim was less than 10 years old at the time and so the penalties for the crimes are up to life in prison.

The jury of seven women and five men deliberated for just under four hours over two days before reaching a verdict.

The three-day trial included the testimony of the victim, now 10 years old, who was 4 at the time.

Noles was found guilty of sexually assaulting the child several times from February, 2006, through April, 2006.

Judge Gary Cook revoked Noles’ bond and set an Oct. 11 sentencing date.
