A Toledo man accused of shooting into a central city home in November was arraigned in Toledo Municipal Court today.
Quincy Allen, 20, of 1434 Oak Hill Court, is faced with two counts of felonious assault for the Nov. 25 shooting. His bond was set at $500,000.
Police said at least 10 shots were fired at 841 Vance St., just after 12:30 p.m., after the suspect yelled at a woman. Bullets struck the door, walls, and interior of the dwelling, but no one was injured.
A 3-year-old child was also in the home at the time of the shooting, police have said.
According to court records, the victim said she knows the accused from the neighborhood and identified him from a photo array.
Mr. Allen is to appear in court on Dec. 10 for a preliminary hearing.
