A Dorr Street gas station was robbed early Friday morning by a man who acted as if he had a weapon.
A clerk at Speedway, 5160 Dorr near Reynolds Road, said she was cleaning a grill when she heard a door chime sound at 2:25 a.m. The suspect approached, his hand in a pocket of his black jacket as if he had a weapon, and demanded cash. The clerk gave the suspect $250 from a cash register, according to a Toledo police report.
The suspect then fled in a black Dodge pickup. The suspect was described as white, 30 to 40 years old, about 5 feet, 5 inches tall, weighing 200 pounds. His hair is cut short and is a dark color, the report states.
Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 419-255-1111.
