ADRIAN — A Clinton, Mich., man who was arrested Friday in Dundee is being held in the Lenawee County jail on 10 counts of criminal sexual conduct.
Daniel Pitts, 33, was ordered held in lieu of $200,000 during an arraignment Monday in District Court.
Sgt. Terry Keith of the Clinton Police Department said the first-degree felony charges involve a child between 13 and16 years old who was allegedly abused in Clinton. Each count carries a possible life sentence.
Mr. Pitts was arrested at his mother’s house in Dundee. The allegations were reported to police Dec. 31; Sergeant Keith did not provide information on when the alleged incidents occurred.
