Two men accused in the recent robbery of a downtown bank branch are to face felony charges Tuesday in Lucas County Common Pleas Court.
Anthony Rayford, 46, 3167 N. Detroit Ave. and Oscar Banks, 47, of 828 Magnolia St. were each indicted Monday on one count of robbery. Banks also faces an additional count each of aggravated robbery and robbery.
They both are set to be arraigned before Judge Stacy Cook.
The men are charged for their alleged roles in the Jan. 2 robbery at the Huntington Bank at 519 Madison Ave. Police allege Banks robbed the downtown Huntington twice, Dec. 4 and Jan. 2, as well as the PNC Bank, 405 Madison, on Jan. 3.
