Toledo Police are investigating an armed robbery attempt that occurred early Monday morning on the 200 block of Jervis Street.
According to reports, an armed Hispanic male approached a Central Hot Dog delivery worker at about 2:18 a.m. and demanded money. The employee slapped the gun away and the weapon fired before the suspect fled the scene, Toledo Police Lt. Mark King, said.
Nobody was hurt in the incident, and no arrests have yet been made, Lt. King said.
