The surveillance pictures, released to the media by Toledo police, show a suspect — who appears to be a man — pointing a gun. Mr. Fizer, 42, isn't seen.

The victim was shot at the end of his driveway at 523 Winfield Rd. in the central city on Dec. 10. He was taken to Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.

Police said Mr. Fizer was robbed. An autopsy showed the victim was shot twice — once in the face and once in his right leg.

Police ask that anyone with information about the death call Crime Stoppers at 419-255-1111.
