Charges have been filed against three people — two of whom are in custody — for their alleged roles in the last homicide of 2012.
Kevin Brooks, 23; Ashley Hundstrucker, 23; and Daquaine Booth, 25, are all charged with murder for the Dec. 31 death of Brian Minley, 24, of Toledo, police said.
Brooks, 3208 Maple St.,, was in the Lucas County jail on unrelated charges; Ms. Hundstrucker, 3940 Lockwood Ave., was also being held in the jail. Both were being held without bond pending court appearances.
Mr. Booth has not yet been arrested. Anyone with information on him is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 419-255-1111.
Mr. Minley, 24, was shot dead in his home at 1241 Berdan Ave.
