Three suspects in the Dec. 31 shooting death of Brian Minley were indicted Friday by a Lucas County grand jury.
Daquaine Booth, 25, of 2828 Weber St. was indicted on charges of murder, aggravated robbery, and aggravated burglary, with each charge carrying a firearms specification.
Kevin Brooks, 23, of 3208 Maple St. and Ashley Hundstrucker, 23, of 3940 Lockwood Ave. each are charged with complicity in the commission of a murder, complicity in the commission of aggravated robbery, and complicity in the commission of aggravated burglary. Each of those charges also carries a firearms specification.
Mr. Minley was robbed and shot to death inside his home at 1241 Berdan Ave.
