Man robs bank inside Toledo grocery store

Police are looking for a man who robbed a Fifth Third Bank inside the Kroger store at 4533 Monroe St., Toledo, this afternoon.

The lone robber walked into the bank at 3:17 p.m. and demanded money from the tellers, said the FBI and Toledo Police Department.

The suspect fled with an undisclosed amount of cash. It is not known whether the robber had a weapon.

Police described the robber as a black man in his late 20s or early 30s who is about 5 feet, 10 inches tall and weighs about 145 pounds. He has a moustache and a goatee and was wearing a gray baseball hat with an unknown red logo, a dark blue or black jacket, dark jeans and wire-rimmed glasses, authorities said.
