Toledo police detectives request help from the public in the city's latest homicide.
Neighbors found Richmond Felix, 29, of Toledo with a gunshot wound about 1 a.m. Nov. 9 in the 800 block of Atlantic Avenue. A resident said it appeared the victim was shot while walking.
Police found several casings nearby. An autopsy from the Lucas County Coroner's Office determined he was shot three times, suffering head and torso wounds.
There have been 35 people killed this year in Toledo and 36 including the metro area.
Officials urge anyone with information call the Crime Stopper program. Callers may remain anonymous and could be eligible for a cash reward.
