GOP candidate Samuel ‘Joe the Plumber’ Wurzelbacher pumps gas for $1.84 a gallon — what it cost in January, 2009 — at a West Toledo Shell station, saying his 9th District opponent, U.S. Rep. Marcy Kaptur (D.,Toledo), and President Obama ‘have failed us on energy.’ The New American Energy Opportunity Foundation hosted Monday’s event.
