The median home value in the Toledo metro area fell 4.6 percent during the first quarter from the previous three months and 10.4 percent from a year earlier, according to the online real estate service Zillow.com.
Toledo median home values were reported at $99,500.
Nationwide, home values fell 1.6 percent in the past quarter and 7.7 in the past year. The median U.S. home value of $213,000 has not been this low since the second quarter of 2005, Zillow.com said.
