The walls of a retail center rise along Navarre Avenue in Oregon next to the Sonic Drive-In Restaurant at 2925 Navarre Ave. The 8,500-square-foot center will have space for four tenants, which are to include Verizon Wireless Communications.

The building is to be finished in April.
