Faith and Film, a weekly program to discuss movies and spirituality, begins Wednesday and continues through March 16 at St. Timothy s Episcopal Church, 871 East Boundary St., Perrysburg.
Participants will select a movie to view on their own during the week, then meet to evaluate the movie and its relevance to their everyday life, viewed through the eyes of faith. The first meeting will focus on identifying spiritual, religious, and ethical themes found in movies.
The Lenten program will be led by the Rev. Bryant Dennison, interim rector at St. Timothy s. The meeting starts with dinner at 6 p.m. on Wednesdays, followed by a discussion of the movie from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. More information is available from the church, 419-874-5704.
