The Toledo Catholic Diocese will mark the conclusion of the Year of the Eucharist with a Eucharistic Congress from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Oct. 1 at Central Catholic High School.
The Eucharistic Congress will include 19 workshops for youths and adults, a prayer rally, a keynote address by the Rev. Mark O Keefe, president-rector of Saint Meinrad School of Theology, and a procession to Rosary Cathedral for Mass at 4:30 p.m. with Bishop Leonard Blair. The procession also will mark the beginning of the 65th anniversary of the dedication of Rosary Cathedral. Registration for the Eucharistic Congress is $15 for individuals, or $50 per family, through Friday, after which the fee is $20 per person. Information; 419-244-6711, ext. 515.
