Steve Drabek waters the new grass seedlings that he had planted earlier behind the
mausoleum in Calvary Cemetery in Toledo in preparation for Mother s Day, which is
Sunday. Mr. Drabek said yesterday the cemetery suffered a devastating blow with the
recent theft of $15,000 worth of copper downspouts that had been installed in November. The Catholic Diocese, which maintains the cemetery, hopes to paint the interior and possibly add on to the front of the mausoleum at some point in the future, he said.
