Tiffin Catholic churches slate Corpus Christi procession

TIFFIN The 4th Annual Corpus Christi Eucharistic Procession will be held tomorrow after the 10:30 a.m. Mass at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 36 Melmore

St., with the Rev. Timothy Ferris presiding.

Participants will walk one mile, to St. Mary s Catholic Church, 85 South Sandusky

St., praying and singing along the way. First Communicants will drop rose petals before the procession. Students from grades 2 through 8 will read their winning essays on what the Eucharist means to them.

Pope John Paul II encouraged Corpus Christi processions as an expression of

our grateful love.
