The United Muslim Association of Toledo will hold its 12th annual Unity Dinner at 4:30 p.m. today at the Great Hall of the Masonic Theater.
The guest speaker will be Sherman Jackson, professor of Arabic and Islamic Studies at the University of Michigan.
UMAT was founded in 1995 to represent the Toledo area's diverse Islamic community and to promote interfaith understanding.
