The Spiritual Assembly of Baha'is of Sylvania has scheduled an educational and devotional meeting to address the situation of the seven Baha'i leaders imprisoned in Iran.
Several groups and governments, including the U.S. State Department, have called Iran's arrest, sentencing, and imprisonment of the seven a human rights violation. The religious leaders were sentenced in August to 10 years of imprisonment.
The meeting will be at 7 p.m. Monday in the Toledo-Lucas County Library's Sylvania branch.
