Mich. pastor to lead Prison Fellowship

LANDSDOWNE, Va. — Prison Fellowship has announced the appointment of the Rev. James Liske as CEO, succeeding interim president Tom Pratt.

Mr. Liske has served for nine years as senior pastor of Ridge Point Community Church in Holland, Mich., which has formed a partnership with Michigan’s Department of Corrections.

The nonprofit Christian organization, founded in 1976 by Chuck Colson, an aide to President Nixon who was incarcerated for his role in Watergate, provides spiritual outreach to inmates and runs the Angel Tree program for children of prisoners.
