Philippine-American Catholic Council Novena and Mass, 7 p.m. first Wednesday of each month, St. Clement Church, 3030 Tremainsville Rd.

Toledo Country Limits, an outreach ministry of the Church of St. Andrew United, 3620 Heatherdowns, holds Classic Country Showcase, 6 p.m. first Saturday of each month. We feature an evening of old-fashioned Country gospel songs. Today will be songs made famous by Emmy Lou Harris. Live music with the Range. All invited to an ice cream social after the service. Wear jeans and join us. Free-will donations accepted.

The Christian Festival Choir invites area singers to join in preparation for an annual Christmas benefit concert, the cantata “Journey of Promises.” Members are from many churches and are sought for all positions. Donations from the free concert will go to Mom’s House. Maumee United Methodist Church invites the community to see October Baby, 6 p.m. Sunday, 405 Sackett St., Maumee. The movie focuses on teenagers’ battles in life. Faithful Catholic Voters will show to passing motorists various posters, 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday at the corner of Sylvania Ave. and Talmadge Rd. Catholics will be called to exercise Faithful Citizenship by voting their consciences for the common good.

Theology with Toast 10 a.m. 2nd Wednesday of each month, Little Sisters of the Poor, 930 S. Wynn Rd., Oregon. Focus during this Year of Faith with the many ways to learn about and celebrate our Faith.
