Work nears completion on the replacement of a bridge bulit in 1931 near Albon Road in Monclova Township. The nearly $760,000 project began in June and forced about 6,000 daily drivers to use detours, Jeff Lohse, senior deputy county engineer said. The work was paid for by a federal grant, he said.
