Glendale-Feilbach Elementary School on Cass Road threw a rally of sorts to salute 77 students who passed all parts of the Ohio Achievement Assessment in the spring. The celebration included a rally that featured the Bowsher High School pep band and speakers from the community, such as Toledo Mayor Mike Bell who congratulates seventh grader Mariam Abou-Dahech.
