Perrysburg First Friday events set through October

Beginning next week, Downtown Perrysburg Inc. will host a series of First Fridays on the first Friday of each month until October.

The first First Friday will be from 6 to 9 p.m. June 3 along Front to Third streets with entertainment along sidewalks of Louisiana Avenue, transforming the downtown into a festival atmosphere. Featured will be Chortie the Clown; Pat Bruen, juggler and unicycle rider; the Toledo Outreach petting zoo; a bounce house, free treats from a slush machine; Wood County Youth Olympics; a preview of Perrysburg Musical Theatre’s Annie, and a variety of vendors. Life Flight and the Perrysburg Fire department will provide activities for children, such as tours of the helicopter and fire trucks.

Downtown Perrysburg Inc. is a community-based, nonprofit organization whose mission is to offer and promote communitywide events in Perrysburg’s downtown historic district.
