90 dealers expected at annual antiques show


About 90 dealers, featuring a variety of antiques for beginner and advanced collectors, will highlight the annual Maumee Valley Historical Society Antiques Show and Sale from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Jan. 26 and from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Jan. 27 at the Lucas County Recreation Center, 2901 Key St., Maumee. Tickets are $7 each (cash only). Parking is provided at no charge.

The Maumee Valley Historical Society’s mission is to collect, preserve, study, interpret, and communicate the history and culture of the Maumee Valley for its members and the general public.

The society holds a variety of educational programs, events, and projects, according to its Web site.
