The University of Toledo football team has signed two wide receivers to national letters of intent - Lance Moore from Westerville, Ohio, and Daniel Ulrich from Covina, Calif.
“We're very happy to have Lance and Dan sign with us,” football coach Tom Amstutz said. “With our new offense, we're going to need a lot of receivers, and I feel we just signed two players who will be very good for our program.”
Moore (5-10, 175) caught an Ohio-record 103 passes as a senior at Westerville South with 24 good for touchdowns. As a junior he had 31 receptions for 522 yards and two TDs.
Ulrich (6-0, 180) had 66 catches with 11 going for TDs as a senior at Covina High.
