Toledo, the No. 8 seed, will take on top-seeded and regular-season champion Ball State Friday at 4:30 p.m. in the Mid-American Conference volleyball tournament quarterfinals at SeaGate Centre.
Single-session tickets are $11 for adults, $7 for students and $5 for children under 12 (3 and under are free). The UT division of external affairs has agreed to pay the admission fee for the first 75 UT students with their student ID.
The Rockets (12-16, 6-10 MAC) advanced to the quarterfinals with a 3-1 home triumph over No. 9 seed Kent State. Ball State is 24-4, 14-2.
Sophomore Sondra Parys leads UT with 2.87 kills per set, while junior Cassie Kleespies possesses a team-high .256 attack percentage.
The winner will meet the Northern Illinois-Eastern Michigan winner at 4:30 p.m. Saturday.
