Storm signs Paolini

The Toledo Storm has signed forward Sam Paolini.

Paolini, whose rights came to Toledo on June 4, will be heading into his second pro season after playing at Cornell.

He played 63 games with Atlantic City in the ECHL last season and had 18 goals and 28 assists. He also played five games with Cleveland and Rochester in the American Hockey League.

"I am excited to be coming to Toledo," Paolini said, "and to a team that I believe is going to be very good. I want to be one of the guys that helps to bring this franchise back to the elite in the ECHL."
