Must be 40 years or older, have not had a mammogram in past 12 months, and have no breast cancer history.

•Online Health Care Classes through Mercy College Continuing Professional Education. Information: www.ed2go.com/mercy.

•Psychotherapy analysis free at the Center for the Study of Experiential Psychotherapy, University of Toledo, in exchange for participation in research (videotaping of sessions, completing questionnaires). Information: 419-530-4014.

•TOPS 495 (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) meets each Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. at Reformation Lutheran Church, 4543 Douglas Rd., program provides motivation, weight-loss ideas and support. Weekly dues of 50 cents plus joining fee. Information: 734-856-3490 or 419-472-7163.

Kid's classes available to school age boys and girls 6-17 years old, with free incentive gifts for reaching program goals. Program features nutrition and cooking tips.
