Swanton library offers to ease fines for aid

BLADE STAFF

SWANTON - During October, students in grades 6 through 12 will have a chance to reduce their fines by volunteering at the Swanton Public Library.

In honor of national Teen Read Month, volunteers will earn $2.50 in credit toward fine totals for every 1/2 hour worked at the library. Those who have had their library cards revoked can also work toward reinstatement. For details, call 419-826-2760.
