16th Annual Safety and Health Day in Toledo, presented by the Safety Council of Northwest Ohio, will be held from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Owens Community College Audio/Visual Classroom Center, 30335 Oregon Rd., Perrysburg.
