Dana dividend payment to be 5 cents per share
Dana Holding Corp. is initiating a quarterly dividend payment of 5 cents per share, the company announced Wednesday.
The dividend will be payable March 30 to shareholders of record March 9. Dana, based in Maumee, hasn’t paid a dividend since it emerged from bankruptcy protection in February, 2008.
The announcement was made after the market closed Wednesday. Year-to-date, Dana’s stock price is up 27 percent to $15.96, though shares were down about 1 percent Wednesday.
On Tuesday, Dana announced unadjusted earnings of $188 million in 2011, or $1.02 per share.
