Hensville district getting $4M in state tax credits
Three vacant buildings owned by the Toledo Mud Hens have been awarded nearly $4 million in state historic preservation tax credits, the Ohio Development Services Agency announced today. The deteriorated buildings at 3, 9, and 28 St. Clair St., are to be part of the “Hensville” entertainment district near Fifth Third Field.
