Eclair Pie

1 box graham crackers

2 small boxes instant vanilla pudding, prepared

1 12-ounce container whipped topping

1 can chocolate frosting

Line bottom of 9-by-13-inch baking pan with graham crackers. Mix pudding according to directions on the box. Add thawed whipped topping to the pudding mixture. Spoon mixture into pan. Break remaining graham crackers into squares and frost with chocolate frosting. Place frosted squares on top of pudding mixture. Chill in refrigerator for two hours.

Yield: 10 to 12 servings
